1. About Omnipresent
Omnipresent is a Web3 and AI growth agency offering go-to-market strategy, community management, KOL management, branding, UI/UX design, partnerships, PR, content creation, video production, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our Site or engage our Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Services
Our Services are provided on a project or retainer basis as outlined in a separate statement of work, proposal, or service agreement between you and Omnipresent. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the signed service agreement will prevail.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Omnipresent or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
Work product created for clients under a service agreement is governed by the intellectual property terms of that agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials as reasonably requested.
Ensure that any content, assets, or data you provide to us do not infringe any third-party rights.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to digital assets, tokens, and blockchain-based activities in your jurisdiction.
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information received from the other party during the course of engagement. This obligation survives termination of the relationship and does not apply to information that is publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnipresent disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Omnipresent does not guarantee specific results, metrics, or outcomes from any campaign, strategy, or deliverable. Past performance and case study results are illustrative and not guarantees of future results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnipresent and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Omnipresent in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Omnipresent provides marketing, growth, and strategic services. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any references to tokens, digital assets, or blockchain-based projects on the Site or in our marketing materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset.
